The Saco River Recreational Council is committed to the protection of the Upper Saco River  through the promotion of responsible outdoor recreational practices. 

A 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, the SRRC provides trip-planning information, cleans the river on a weekly basis, funds the presence of local law enforcement, and works to prevent the spread of invasive species.

Please join us in working to preserve the river for everyone to enjoy.

Fees - Parking $20 per day, Larger Vehicle or trailer $25. Access fee $5pp, (no parking). Camping $20 pp/per day, 10 & under free (+ Maine lodging tax).   

Youth & nonprofit rates available by contacting our office.  

Life jackets, (PFDs) are required on the Saco River and all Maine waterways.
